Welcome to BeställNu! By registering an account, visiting our website (bestallnu.com), using the point-of-sale application BeställNu POS, or placing orders through our systems, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

BeställNu provides an integrated restaurant management platform including point-of-sale (POS) cash registers, table reservations, commission-free online ordering, kitchen display systems (KDS), employee shift scheduling, and accounting integrations (e.g. Fortnox).

  • Fiscal Compliance (Sweden): BeställNu POS is certified in compliance with Skatteverket regulation SKVFS 2021:17. It is the sole responsibility of the restaurant operator to register their cash registers with Skatteverket and operate the system in full accordance with Swedish fiscal laws.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • To access the POS terminal operations and the cloud Backoffice, you must register a corporate account. You warrant that all provided information is accurate and current.
  • You are responsible for keeping all credentials, API tokens, and staff cashier PINs confidential. BeställNu is not liable for any unauthorized access or losses resulting from poor credential security.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing Model: We do not operate on a subscription or flat-fee basis. BeställNu charges customers a variable transaction fee, which is a fixed percentage fee added on top of the standard transaction fees charged by card acquirers (e.g., Worldline, Bambora) or mobile payment services (e.g., Swish) for every processed transaction.
  • All transaction fees are captured or billed continuously. We reserve the right to suspend platform access upon 14 days' written notice in the event of failure to process transaction charges or settle outstanding balances.

4. Connectivity and Limitation of Liability

  • Internet Connection Required: BeställNu POS is a cloud-based system and does not currently support offline operations. An active, stable internet connection is strictly required for the POS application to function, process sales, capture payments, and record transactions in compliance with cash register laws.
  • BeställNu is not liable for lost sales, network drops, printer hardware failures, or synchronization delays with accounting systems (such as Fortnox).
  • The system is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Contract Duration and Termination

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, account agreements have a 1-month notice period.
  • Upon termination, the restaurant is responsible for exporting all historical transaction files and Z-reports for their bookkeeping archives. Following termination, account data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved via negotiation. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt).
